Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account and select merchandise you like. But, to be able to buy, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process.

By creating an account you avail the following advantages:
Track your orders and review past purchases
- Request your return or exchange directly from your account - Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
- Manage your account details, address book and email preferences
- To create an account, simply click on ‘SIGN IN’ and then ‘REGISTER NOW’ to fill in your details.

How do I know that the products you sell are authentic?
We are the online distributors for all of the designers we feature and guarantee that every items we sell are 100% authentic.

Which size should I choose?
All products are sold by a standardized sizing chart used by the designers. To better understand the sizing process please click on the sizing chart button placed next to the product. Sizes can vary from designer to designer and for the same we have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements.

Are the colours of products shown on the website accurate?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
All items on the website are usually in stock or can be back ordered stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ tag is displayed. Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Your personal online security is of utmost importance to us. We use the latest encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company. You may also choose to securely store your credit card details with us. This means you will not have to enter them again during future purchases, making it quicker and simpler to shop on our
website. To register, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. If necessary,
these details may be shared with a credit reference agency to verify your order.

Why do I need to re-enter my credit card details when I add a new address?
For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details, this indicates security and if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so unless they have your said credit card details prior to the same. This is a precaution designed to protect your personal information from being misused by a third party.

Do I need to sign for my order?
Due to the high monetary value of the goods that are sold on the website, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature and a number of the recipient who has
collected the order at the time of delivery.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Orders placed by you to a particular address unfortunately cannot be redirected, once your items have been dispatched.
Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.
