Returns and Exchange

 

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party, and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a credit note if they meet our terms and conditions. 

Your purchase order is eligible for return or exchange, if it complies following conditions :

(a) The order return request must be registered on our website or via email within 15 days from the date of purchase.

(b) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

(c) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

(d) If the items in the order received by the customer does not match the order placed with a confirmation.

(e) If the items have manufacturing defect. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defected. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

Where possible, we will offer to repair the defected items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors, phones, tablets vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

(f) In case of order placed for set (lehenga set, kurta set, skirt set, pants and top set) , item(s) will be eligible only for exchange of size.

(g) The return or exchange request will process after we have received the items from the customer in it's original condition as mentioned above in point (b) and (c) . Our team will run a quality check to ensure the condition of the items, after which the customer will be informed via email or contact number provided, if the items are eligible for return or exchange.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately.

 We do not provide refund or exchange for following items :

(a) Accessories including bags and shoes.

(b) Products bought under Sale or promotional offer.

(c) Items  like Saree, Dupatta, Stoles, Scarves, and unstitched blouse. 

(d) Customised items or made to order items.

(e) Altered products according to body measurements provided.

(f) Items damaged in transit.

(g) Orders placed with credit note.

Swati Vijaivargie reserves the complete right to accept or reject exchange or return requests without informing particular reason to the customer.

Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time.  To return an item, the customer must write to us at buyers@swativijaivargie.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call us at +91 141 270 8851/8852 which remains open 10am-6pm IST on 5 DAYS (Monday to Friday). If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order is placed, there is no provision to cancel it. Please ensure You check your order details prior to confirming it. We reserves the Right to cancel an order due to an error on the site, or a stock issue. If the customer’s credit/debit card, bank account has been charged prior to a cancellation of the order from our end, we will reverse the charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Please note that no exchange or refunds are applicable on international orders. If, however, there is a requirement for alteration in exceptional circumstances as to bridal or occasion wear, the shipping costs will be borne by the recipient.
