Our designer lehengas are built with that in mind: the fabric, the embroidery and the fall of the skirt all come from thinking about how the piece will actually be worn, not just how it photographs on a hanger.

Every lehenga here is made in our Jaipur atelier, cut and finished to order rather than pulled off a production line.

What goes into a designer lehenga

The construction matters more than people expect. A well-made lehenga skirt is panelled so it flares and settles properly when you walk or dance, and the embroidery is placed to follow that movement rather than fight it. We work mostly in silk, organza and chanderi — silk for structure and weight, organza for a lighter, floatier skirt, chanderi when you want something in between. Embroidery ranges from fine gota patti and resham thread work to heavier zardozi for bridal pieces, and it's applied by hand, which is why timelines run to a few weeks rather than a few days.
